    Horrible Customer service, Sabrina in particular can't answer customer enquiries or offer any assistance with a package returned to sender. No estimated ship date, no replacement package sent out - they required it to be received by them to be "checked for damages" which has nothing to do with me seeing as I never received the products. I have been shopping with dash vapes for years but because of the horrible customer service I will no longer be. ***** **** ********* ** ******* **** ******* **** ****** *** ** ******** ********** **** *** ****** ********

    Spoke to the owner, **** ** ******* ****** **** his ability to try something to help me, ended up resolving the issue better than I was requesting, *** * **** **** ** **** ***** I've been a long time customer and he valued me, ******* ***** * ***** ******* he didn't hold profits or sales higher than me, I meant more, can't say I've seen that before, thanks dude for doing better than requested and valuing me as a customer ***** *** ***** * ****
