    I bought a massage chair from ***** ******* and got an offer 12 months financing with zero interest rate on the amount 6400$. I totally paid all the debt before the term and somehow the email me with an over 2000$ remaining need to pay. After contacting customer services so many time and the manager said with take a look to solve the problem but after a year the still send me a mail to collect to money

    Flexiti was a good, trustworthy financial institution for the first couple of years that I bought a couple of items from ******* and when I bought a mattress set from the *****, but in the past few months, they have been legalistic and wanted 2 pieces of photo identification, when I was going to buy a tower fan. I told them I would not deal with them again, that after using them for a few years and receiving monthly payments, you ask for two photo identification. I owed 35.50 on June, which I paid June 24th, sure that I had paid them off. Then, I get an email on June 25th stating I still owe 50 cents which I paid on June 26th, now I have another email on June 27st, stating I still owe them $1. I paid $2 on June 28th, hoping they don't come up with my owing anything more. I no longer trust that company.

    So I had an issue with my Flexiti account. I was charged the Creditor Insurance without even applying or requesting it. I contacted Flexiti and was at first given a number and told to call ***** ****** Insurance which I did. I found out that the agent at the ***** actually accepted the terms of the insurance without my consent. After an email they cancelled the ongoing insurance but told me the ***** was the responsible party and i was not getting a refund from them. I called the ***** who quickly accepted no responsibility and referred me back to Flexiti, ****** ****** * ***** ***. I called Flexiti back and I spoke with ******* - * **** *** ******** **** ******** who quickly took all my information and apologized for this and said she was going to push this up the chain to Flexiti Head office. I received a call from ******* from Flexiti Head office within 24 hours. They sent an email to *** on my behalf requesting a full refund for the charges and today 4 days later the money was credited back to my account off my remaining balance. I am very pleased with the customer service i received from the staff at Flexiti. The ladies I dealt with as mentioned above went above and beyond my expectations.

    I just spoke to two nice people on the phone. ******* ** *********** * **** ****** I was 13 days late making my final payment. I did not understand, and no one told me that if I did NOT pay in full by the due date, interest would be calculated back to a year ago. I expected that the 1700.00 that I paid in that last payment would be subject to interest, NOT the whole amount and NOT for the whole year. You can easily say that this is on me, as I did not read the fine print. This is true to an extent. However, this should be up front from the beginning. *** **** **** ** ****** ***** **** * **** ****** * ** ********* ******* **** **** ******* ******* ***** ***** ******** ********* **** ******* ****** **** *** ***  The lovely lady that I talked to offered me a 30% reduction, but I have to pay this by June 20 (15 days) or pay more interest. Now, will the interest be on the original amount and going back a year? I never thought to ask that. See...people do not absorb things as quickly as you would like. Please answer my question about the interest because, ***** ******** * ** *** **** *** ****** * ** ******** *** ****** ** **** *** ***** ** *** *** *** ***** *** *** ******* 
    I would also like a full accounting as to how this accrued interest was figured out. Nothing gets paid until that happens.
    Somehow, the accrued interest on a 3700.00 purchase has ended up to be 1450.00!! ** ******* * ***** **** ***** ** ***** * ***** ****** **** *** *** ********** * ****** ** *****

    I do not use Flexiti Financial Inc. nor have I been looking into their services but I track my credit score with an app and a notification indicates that they ran an inquiry without my consent, negatively impacting my score.     ******* ***** *** I got billed $3600 in interest even though I paid my purchase off. They are constantly demanding $3600 when the purchase of $4500 was paid off in March of 2025. They never sent a single statement to date by paper when I have no access to online portal. Never have and still don’t have. I’ve asked multiple times for a paper statement and even have recorded calls with them where they say they have changed the statements to paper. But I still have not one single paper copy. I recorded all my calls and have been asking to speak to a supervisor but they continue to say no one else is available and start ignoring every time I request for a paper statement. It has been extremely frustrating and I’ve told them I do not have $3600 to pay for there fees when I cleared the balance of the purchase within the time period. I’ve called them asking for my contract and they continue to refuse to send it to me. If I have no contract, I have no understanding of there terms and conditions. They are coming after me for funds that I do not have and interest for 3 months has accumulated to $3600 *** ****** **** which is baffling. I’ve requested to speak to a supervisor on several occasions and keep hitting a road block. I’ve asked to come up to a resolution considering * **** *** * ******* ****** ******** **** **** **** * ***** **** *** ***** I have calls recorded with them.
    ** *** **** ** *** ******** **** ******* ********** **** *** ******** *** they take more from you even when you pay off the loans. I’ve offered to resolve this for 3 months now but I don’t have $3600 in funds and there math for 33% of interest over 3 months is not $3600.

Forced electronic statements that are hard to read and don’t follow the due date of your purchase. The accrued interest and deferral fees they end up charging you if you aren’t thoroughly reading their statements in small print. * **** ***** *** **** *****

    I had heard some ***** experiences with Flexiti, but, after needing a less financially painful option for a washer and dryer at ******- I got an account.
    I have to be honest here- if you learn to fully understand the "promotion" type, and the relevant dates, log in regularly to keep yourself in control, Flexiti really is good option for flexible payments- and interest-free if you pay attention as you go. I have purchased using both plans in the last few years, and only once was there an interest charge charged, from the payment posting date being within 1 day of the due date- which they reversed for me without a fuss. ** * **** ** *** ** *** lag in account updates, which is partially only updated to reflect some information until the statement comes out. This should be 24hr real-time like a credit card

    One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Felxiti has no customer resolution professionals by any means. I have had 3-4 hours long calls complaining about multiple items, one being a **** manager that hang up the phone on me, second is a very weird interaction with the credit team that has not even looked at my request for 3 weeks, and third is the Client Care representative ****** that shut me up every time I ask for a follow up or an escalation.
    This is by far the most racist experience I have ever received by a company and I will be taking a legal action after waiting for 4 weeks for a case manager to call me and addresses my concerns.

    receive email from Flexiti feb21 at 9am for huge sale at ****** **** on Sunday Feb 22 -23 at 2 locations that if I use Flexiti card for financing receive $50 off and ****** **** and ****** **** pays both taxes * **** * **** **** **** **** ** ****** arrived around 4 pm Montreal east location was served by jack at ****** **** who told me does not know what I'm talking about neither the financing neither the email with extra special , and then as i looked around i asked again and now he seemed to remember ***** * *** ******* * *** ** *** **** **** * ****** ** *** *** ***** *** ******* ***** *** ******* *** **** *** ****** ******** ** **** ******* ** ** ** *** ***** ** ** ** ***** *** *** ** ** ****** * ******* *** **** * then suddenly told me well if you buy for $400 i can do the financing he seemed to remember the email , ***** * **** ** ********* * ********* **** ******* ** *** ******* *** *** ***** *** *** ***** **** ** **** ****** * *** ** ****** **** * **** **** * ***** *** ** *** **** ** ***** ** **** **** **** *** ******* ***** ***** ** *** ** *** ***  he said he would do 12 months financing . when i went home and checked the bill i saw that the $50 was not applied and saw that taxes were charged of $164.12 so bill $1095.98 + $164.12 = $1260.10 I've done 2 financing already and when there are taxes the merchant charges apart but it was in my financing * ********* ***** * so the next day called Flexiti spoke to Sarah 2025-02-24 worst call in my life then called back Vincent 10 33am-10 42am better call but not solved need to send email so i did now Kandis case manager emails back and forth and told me she cannot do anything need to speak to merchant , even though i called merchant numerous times left numerous messages with no call backs ******* *** ****** **** *** ****** * ***** , false advertisers and I am very disappointed and by the way their email had small print and i fulfilled even the small print but was denied my$50 discount+$164.12 **********
