    We did not receive a working unit, we tried to call & email multiple items for a replacement & have gotten no response or when we did call we got no live person it went to a voicemail or left us on hold & hung up after a while.

    We are being charged overages that were not discussed during the onboarding process. The cameras will not stay up in our trucks as the weight is too heavy and no one will respond to our broken cameras.

    In October of 2021 I ordered a new upgraded electronic Dashlink from Big Road/Fleet Complete company. By the time they sent the correct one for my truck it was November 2021. I paid their company extra to install it in our truck as they said it needed to be done by a mechanic. Even though I paid Fleet Compete by **** card to install it. It was weeks later when I finally got a service call from a garage in Sherbrooke they assigned to do it, I was told by that garage I also had to pay them to install it another $150 and drive to their shop in Sherbrooke .... so I took my semi truck to my local garage and had my mechanic install it. The Dashlink was obviously defective and didn't work properly from day one. I called Fleet Complete many many times and e-mailed over and over again for help to get a replacement Dashlink sent out but I received no help in obtaining a properly functioning Dashlink, so within 10 days of installing it I told Fleet Compete I was cancelling their services and I was returning their Dashlink. Still I got no help. I ended up going to another Dashlink service provider and to this day have had great service with this company. Fleet Complete collections had continued to ****** me for the last couple of years saying I owe them for their services $1,528.00 ... Each time they e-mail me I return an email right away explaining to them that I did not received a good product, that it was defective and I was not sent a replacement so I didn't use their services due to that reason and that I cancelled within 10 days of installing it. On Tuesday I received a phone call from a Collections Agency "****** ***** * ********** ********** ********** ****** working for Fleet Complete to recover the money they say I owe them..... My business is my livelihood for me and my children, I cannot have this company ruining my company name. A company that I started 21 years ago with my husband who died 7 years ago, but now I run it alone with my two sons.... Thank you :)

    In Regards to my complaint #******** filed against Fleet Complete, I just received a second credit from them which now brings my amount owed to them $0

    For the 2nd year in a row, *** ***** Fleet Complete has auto renewed our *** service subscription without any prior notice and charged my bank account. After NUMEROUS attempts to update our fleet and request refunds I was finally contacted via email by **** ******* and was told he would be getting with the appropriate " teams" to get my account updated and refunded. It has been almost a month and now I can't reach him or get any responses via phone * *** ********* ** ******* ****** ****** and has not responded to my emails. **** ** *** ***** ******* ** **** **** ***** **** ****** ** *** *** ** *********
