    I placed an appointment a few weeks ago to be contacts back by a medical professional. When I was called, I was greeted by an unnamed man that only cared about getting me off the phone as fast as possible. He told me to contact my Family Doctor (which was previously established that I no longer have). He hung up without providing any help nor his name. I placed a complaint via their complaint email but I never got a response back. This was 3 weeks ago.

    I placed another appointment again yesterday for an unrelated issue. Was called by the same person as last time. When I asked for his name he would refuse to give it to me at all. He **** **** * *** ** ***************** ** just ending the call staring that he would refer me to another practitioner but that never happened.

    After this happened I called their customer service line and spoke to a woman who would not identify herself. She was quite **** and extremely *******. I explained to her the issue and she tried to just brush me off making me send another email. When I explained to her I was never contacted from previous email complaint, she just tried ending the call. I asked to speak to her boss (Jessica) however she was busy with meetings and I was supposed to get a call back once the meeting was done.

    The unnamed representative seemed very agitated and didn't want to cooperate in any way shape or form my valid complaint. She didn't shoe any initiative or integrity into her job and only tried to "Pass the Buck". No apologies or any actual attempt to try to help me resolve the issue. She then hung up **** ******. She seems very entitled.

    I tried calling today and nobody seems to be answering the phones.

    Thank you for following up again.



    Patient was consulted on August 4th.



    Patient requested a call from management in which the patient was contacted at 6:30pm.



    Patient was being inappropriate and used profane language toward the manager. The manager ignored the profanity and the patient continued to probe as to why he was being contacted. He continued using profanity and shortly thereafter disconnected the call.



    The manager was informed again that the patient wanted to speak to a manager on August 8th and August 9th. The manager attempted to call the patient multiple times and the calls were unsuccessful.

    None of what's mentioned in the response ever transpired. I definitely never received a call by any manager on that date and I was never inappropriate or used profane language towards anyone at any time. I would also like to see proof of these accusations. Since the call never happened there won't be any proof. It is all fabricated.



    The truth is that they are a terrible company that doesn't care about customer service and are protecting people. All they had to do is contact me within an appropriate time frame and apologize for the employees ********* outburst and holier than thou attitude and then launch an investigation to why the "doctor" (if you want to call him that) never gave me time of day.



    OHIP has been contacted and they are investigating on their end.
