    We sold the home, they require us to get a signed agreement from the new buyer on their contract but they are not providing contract it’s been over 3 weeks since the request.     On October 6th, 2023 my landlord bought & installed a new water heater. I was renting from Evolve Home services at 18.81 per month, The rental stopped working properly Oct 2022. We have contacted Evolve but they say they have to have 250.00 to break the rental contract & before they stop debiting my bank account. I have now spent 20.00 with my bank to stop the monthly debit but I still have the water heater & no one will pick it up or even talk to me about it. The contract I signed was 2015 with *** ****** which has been bought by Evolve Home Services. Can anyone help me resolve this issue,

    The Tenant, **** was instructed to have the homeowner, ******** ************ contact us for follow up.   That did not occur, nor did we receive details on who will be paying the termination fee of $250.00.  Currently the account is debited from Ms. *****'s bank, and as the tenant we did not proceed to charge her with $250.00 +HST to close the account.  We were waiting on direction or payment from Mr. ********.  Evolve home Service is happy to credit the tenant back for the rental cost, however, in order to official close this account the termination fee needs to be paid, hence why the account remain as- is, for no additional payment was received from Mr. ************.  I, Nigel M., Operations Manager at Evolve Home Services have reached out to Homeowner to help provide resolution to this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I still do not know what to do with the old water heater.

    Customer Service Manager Nigel M. has offered to reduce the termination to 50.00 + tax which if I rescind my BBB complaint. Can I rescind the complaint if I get the discount?

    My landlord will contact Nigel & ask them to send me an invoice for 50.00 + tax. I will pay by cheque..they no longer have access to my bank account.

    So this is still not completely resolved.

     We have reached out to **** ***** (the tenant) and Homeowner , ******** ************ to find resolution as to why they rejected the offer.  At this time Evolve Home Services did not violate the original contractual agreement and followed it with discretion.  We offered a favorable assistance, to have them update this complaint.
