    ******* **** ***** ** *** ** ********* Bought a ******* *** phone and they gave me the Indian version which is much cheaper than the Canadian version. When buying they didn't mention that it's the Indian version, not the Canadian one. It came with an Indian outlet and not the Canadian one. Also I checked the ******* website. The Canadian version has more number bands(13,71) than the Indian one. So you expect to get less coverage. When contacted and raised this issue on the same day just after buying, they refused to take return

    I have purchased a refurbished phone to my daughter.
    The phone had issues with the speaker from day one.
    Unfortunately I *** **** **** *** did not contact the company right away.
    When I did finally contact it was too late.
    I expect the company to sell phones that are tested and in good condition as promised on their website.
    Very bad experience, will never buy from this company again.
