    ****** ***** **** ******* ** *** **** *** ******* ** ****** * ****** *** ******** *** ******** ******* *** *** ****** I had my pre-audit in 2022 and Windows installed in 2023. I am still waiting for my rebate. It is 2024. Jason required many calls and emails to complete the paperwork necessary and it still has not been completed. When calling the government, they told me that paperwork had not been submitted and I needed to contact Jason multiple times. Even when he said the items were completed, the government confirmed they had not been submitted and I submitted some of the paperwork that he was supposed to have uploaded. He tried to charge extra money (the cost of an entire audit) for “administration fees” due to the extensive work I apparently caused his team. If having to micromanage someone to complete their job is billable, I should be charging him thousands. ******** ****** ** * **** ******* **** * ***** ******* *** *** ***** ** *** **** ******* ** ***** **** ****** ** *** *** ******** ** *** **** **** ****** ** * ********* ********* *** ****** ****** ******** ****** **** ** *** **** ***** **** ****** * **** ****** **** ******* Currently very dissatisfied with the whole ordeal. Working with the government to get money from them is challenging enough without all this from the companies who profited greatly from this rebate.

    I used this company to complete my assessment for my windows in 2022 initial assessment and 2023 for the follow up assessment. I submitted all the required documentation to them April 2023.
    They are required to submit all documentation to the government so that I can get my rebate. It has been 12 months of unanswered calls and no response to call and emails I am now out approximately $7000. For the rebate I was to get refunded. Absolutely not acceptable!!
