    Manager* ******* *** **** **** *** ************** *** refused to return the items.
    I called the store to ask for the returns and explained to the staff that their aroma stones smelled like ammonia and I cannot use them.
    The staff spoke with the manager and promised to refund the money. I asked her for her and the manager's names but she did not tell me and said that any staff members would be able to process my return when I came into the store.
    I passed her the receipt number.
    When I visited the store for the refund, the manager, ******, would not accept the return. He asked for the date and time I called the store and the name of the staff. I had to check my phone history and gave him the date and time.
    He then asked me again why I was returning it, even though I already explained everything to the cashier before she brought ******. When I explained to him the product smelled like ammonia after half day of use, he told me that it was not true and laughed ****** at me.
    I told him that other buyers had reviewed the same, but he again denied it without any reason and would not refund me.
    I asked him ** *** *** *** ******** *** ***** to process the returns. After he argued with me, he was reluctant to do so.
    However I tapped my credit card, it declined since the credit card was canceled. I asked him if he could refund it to my other credit card or return it in cash but he refused.
    I asked other stores about this issue and they said I can get a refund on another credit card no problem. However ****** marked the receipt as returned in green pen and did not correct it even though he had not returned my money. Also the other stores are far from my place, I have to return the product in ********* store where I originally purchased items.
