    Yesterday, 5/19/23, I decided to migrate all my data from ******** to 1Password because of the ******** security breaches and because 1Password comes so highly recommended. I deleted my ******** account after successfully moving my data. I used 1Password all day yesterday without problems, signing in and out frequently with my username and password or with the fingerprint authentication (convenient). Today I did a reset of my Mac and tried to sign into 1Password using my email and password. I am locked out. 1Password does not recognize my Mac as the same device I used yesterday to sign in and out and is not allowing me to sign in using my username and password or my fingerprint. I’ve contacted the customer support several times today because I am locked out of all my accounts - email, all my work platforms, my bank, my school platforms, and basically everything I need to take care of my daily responsibilities. I am in complete limbo unable to get into my accounts. User beware. * **** * ***** **** ***** **** *********
