      Never had a problem contacting our agent until they merged with NFP. After a couple of years with NFP with are leaving ****** *** ****** who we have been with for over 30 years. That should tell you how NFP is.
      We used to be able to drive for 22 minutes and speak to our agent face-to-face. I have made 3hree calls on the last 27 minutes and I still haven't talked to a person yet.

      Customer service is a joke. Renewal slips had an incorrect address. Waited 23 minutes on live chat and over 30 minutes on the phone at the same time. No response. Last week waited over an hour on the phone with no answer. I have seldom seem worse customer service.

      Thank you for your feedback. At NFP we strive to meet our
      customers' needs and answer every call as quickly as possible. Unfortunately,
      there are peak times especially during the busy summer months, where wait times
      are longer than usual. We do have a call back feature that allows you to
      maintain your position in the queue without having to wait on hold. One of our
      representatives attempted to reach out to you on Wednesday afternoon to assist
      you. Hopefully, you can connect shortly.

      Please check your phone queue. The option to have a representative call you back is only available at certain times. In my 4 calls to you over the past month that option only came on once. The most egregious call was when I called at 4:30 and waited until 5:30 with no response. I incorrectly assumed you would deal with all calls in queue even although you close at 5. Not even a message at 5 to say we are now closed. And when I did get my insurance slips in the mail from the insurance company the address was correct. It was only on incorrect on the one you sent me.

      The most recent broker I have dealt with (it changes every year), waited until the remittance deadline date to contact me regarding a questionnaire that needed to be filled out, for my policy to role over. My yearly policy of the past 23 years, has now be changed to a recurring 3 month policy because I missed the deadline.
      When I spoke with Katrina on the phone, we completed the required paperwork and I was assured that my policy would go back to the yearly status. She then tried to get me to switch my auto insurance over. I stated adamantly that I would not provide any information, as I did not want to be locked into a contract that I had not yet reviewed. She responded that that would not happen. Next she asked about a replacement, stating that it would only take a matter of minutes. What she neglected to explain was that this document was binding, It requires a property survey, a full home inspection, covering electrical, plumbing, heating, etc. When I emailed that I had not agreed to this and would not submit to it. I was told that they are required to do this. No further response.

      I was with this company for over 20 years. Mind you they have changed names several times. But the same people working for the company
