    ** * ***** **** ******** ***** * ****** This business is ********* and what they are doing to people looking for benefits should not be allowed. We purchased an upgraded plan, told we would receive it on a certain date. Never did receive it, continued to pay for our out of pocket expenses. We were told we could submit claims retro actively so this was fine, then we were told we could not. This is a ******** business that not only cost us money but also cost us our well-being and hours of stress. ** *** ******** **** *****

    I have been paying for my life insurance policy for years and have asked three times for a copy of my policy by phone. Both times I was told they would send it but they never did. I was transferred to this company when *** decided they didn't want to bother with life insurance anymore. I feel that they are totally ignoring me. There is something seriously wrong going on. ****** **** ***** ******* *** ** **** ********
