      I was using Travelers auto insurance since 2023. **** *** * *** ******** Not only did they never respond to my communications, they didn't even have an active policy for me for a few weeks without even telling me! Imagine if I had gotten into an accident and tried to make a claim through my insurance.. then they proceed to tell me I would have still been covered. Sorry, but that's not how it works in the world if you don't have a policy in place!

      The communication with anyone there was ********** ********** * left hand not talking to the right hand and caused us much stress! The only time they communicated was when it involved money. They suddenly decided to raise my premium which I simply couldn't afford, so I canceled.. now, long after I've moved on to another company that I can afford and have a good relationship with, ******Travelers is claiming that I owe them over $300?! I don't think so!

      Not only did they hide facts from me while I was "insured" with them, they didn't even tell me anything about my policy not even being active until I noticed the money for the payments weren't leaving my bank account and they're like.. oh! Yeah by the way, your policy wasn't really in place, that's why we didn't take from you! ** ******** **** ** **** ****** ****** ** **** I did NOT feel like a valued, respected customer with these guys. **** *****

      On Sept 9, 2022 I was in a car accident.
      Travelers is my insurance company and they are just not communicating anything. * ****** ** ***** ****** ******* ***** *** **** ***** *** ****** *** ** *** ******* *** *** ***** ** ***  Ive also requested phone updates because email is hard for me. That doesn't happen. **** ** **** **** *** ** ** ** ** **** *** **** ** ** * *** ******** *** **.
      As of today I am waiting for them to make a 3rd decision if my car is to be repaired or replaced *** * **** **** ***** ** ***** ** ***** *** ******. They quoted 8800 for all the repairs I need and i pay the 1000 deductible. Or a payout of 7800 and then if there were more damages its on me and I cover the cost. I opted to pay the deductible. The car FINALLY gets to the shop 19 days later from the accident and immediately the auto repair shop says they've found a few things insurance missed. Its 13k+ now. Auto shop heard from insurance yesterday to not order parts. I found that out when I called the auto shop today. *** ********* ** *******. They have been great. I still haven't heard anything from my insurance company and all i get told is we will call you back and no one calls back.
