April 13th I paid ***** ******* to have an audio file analysis done. Over the phone he said it would take a week. After several emails back and forth it is now May 28 2024 and I have no analysis. He emailed me back last week and said it would be completed by end of week at the latest. I haven’t received anything but another email saying the same for this week . At the end of last week I said I need a full refund or the analysis by Monday. I have yet to recieve anything except another email saying next week. On March 7th 2024 I hired Intel Group Investigation Services to investigate a issue for my company. *** ************* *** ** ******* ** *** ** ******* ********** *** ******* ** ** ********* ****** ******** After the payment I promised several deadline dates as to when the work would be complete. The first deadline was missed and so was the second deadline. After the second deadline was missed I emailed them and didnt get a reply back. I also phoned them and they are not answering my calls. from the time of payment to the time of writing this compliant it has been approximately 19 days.Initial Complaint

Requested an investigation service December 11th, 2023. Paid the full amount of $2712 and provided all details. Was told via email the investigation would be completed with results the following week. I have received no information and multiple calls, voicemails and emails.Initial Complaint

I approached Intel Group Investigations (after finding the company on the internet * ********************** , in July of 2023, over a period of time we agreed verbally to conduct an investigation. At that time I was provided with the statement of work and the necessary forms and payment information. I paid Intel Group $4000.00 on August 24th, 2023. *** ***** ******* indicated that for that amount he/they would conduct a Hidden asset financial search. To date, Intel Group has failed to provide a report as promised, nor shared any detailed information regarding the investigation. For months *** ******* has failed to respond to calls, emails and my requests to provide a report. On Friday Dec 1st, I requested he return my payment to which he responded with an email indicating he had information, but that information was, information I provided him with. (info that was already known). He still has nothing to tell me, or a copy of his report. His emails have been vague, without any specific details. My payment has not been returned. After 15 weeks, Intel Group has not provided a report of the investigation that they agreed to conduct.Business Response

- no tangible information has been provided, nor has there been any communication specific to the investigation- at no time has anyone from the “investigative team” (the team he refers to), contacted me to ask for any information or to provide any updates …*** ******* has not personally asked for any information either,
- other than the information I provided, he has not given a single piece of information in over five months other than using the words. “Intel” “investigation” “active”
- ******* ***** ** ** ************** I asked him to reimburse me since he has not provided the service he promised
