** ******* they have poor quality jewelry and will only issue you a store credit or replacement. I purchased myself a ring for my birthday and several stones fell out within a couple of months. They did replace the ring, HOWEVER within one month a stone fell out of the replacement. After two defective rings, I wanted a refund. Their policy is only to provide store credit regardless of the defects in their jewelry. I wish I had done more research before purchasing - ***** *** **** ******* *** **** *** ********. They know their jewelry is not good quality which is why they have these policies. ***** **** ***** **********

******** They will claim you shipped them damaged return goods and use that as an excuse to NOT refund you for the return.
I let my daughter order 14k solid gold ****** Hoops. The package arrived and I brought it inside on Nov 27th, but it wasn't opened until November 29th. We had the earrings out of the bag for 2 minutes, just long enough to know they wouldn't fit my daughter's earlobe (thin part of the hoop was too short). We put them right back in the bag and submitted a return request the same day. We didn’t notice any damage, but we also didn’t inspect them with a magnifying glass since once we knew they didn't fit we just bagged them for a return.
After several days, we're given a store credit with zero explanation as to why we didn’t get a refund. My daughter emailed them and asked for a refund instead. A couple days later we received a very general, "we'll look into it" type email. Several more days went by with no response, so I followed up. A few more days pass and I finally received an email on December 15th. "David" sent me a picture of an earring that was completely beat up and scratched (literally like someone took a hammer to it) and claims we damaged the earrings which is why they cannot give us a refund. For one, the image was NOT the product we received or the item we sent back. Additionally, as I looked more closely at the picture they sent I see orange at the hinge. It's rust. RUST, on a 14k solid gold earring?! When I point that out to customer service, they have the nerve to claim it's just bad lighting. It wasn't. ****** *** * *** *******. I was either sent beat up, rusty fake earrings (and somehow we didn’t notice the damage and rust - not likely), or Mejuri is sending ********** pictures claiming they received damaged returns so they don’t have to refund your money.
I will be filing a ***** claim with my credit card company. We've had the same credit card for 8 years and we've never had to once file a ***** claim. *** **** ***** ****

      Extremely unsatisfactory first customer experience. Purchased two rings (the same ring in two sizes) **** *** ********* **** ******* ***** ***** **** ******* *** ********** ****** ******* ** ****** ********* ******* ** *** *********
I received the rings, tried one on - didn't fit, put it back in its original packaging and returned the next day. I am now receiving claims from Mejuri that the ring is "scratched beyond being resellable" after being on my finger for 30 seconds. After reviewing the pictures of the "damaged" item I see nothing and I am questioning why I am now being ***** ********* ** as a customer and denied a refund on a product that clearly has quality issues.
      I will not be purchasing from this company again ** * ** ** ***** ***** *** *** ****** **** **** ***** ******* ******** *** *** ***** **** *** ** **** **********

**** ** *** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** **** *** the worst shopping experience. I bought a pair of earrings that I looked at in the store. They didn't have them in-stock. They said they would ship them to my address. Several days I get a confirmation stating that the package had been delivered. I did not get the package. There was absolutely no sign of it anywhere! I tried to contact them. Of course, I couldn't not get anyone on the phone, so I texted the number on their site. They said they assigned it to someone. Several hours later they email me to ask if I had been in contact with *****. I said, no, I had not. Later they stated that because ***** confirmed that the package was delivered to my address, they could not provide a refund, especially since they do not require signatures for packages delivered in Canada. A day later, a neighbour shows up at my door with my Mejuri package. It had been delivered to his house. I let Mejuri know and they say nothing of significance back. The next evening I open my package to find only one earring inside when I definitely ordered and paid for a pair! I have sent them another text and email. The rest is to be determined, but at this point, I am so angry, I do not want the earrings anymore. I am never purchasing anything from Mejuri again!!
