      According to their “example results”on the premium dog test I should be able to submit samples along with my dog’s fur to be tested. Well, I submitted my dog’s fur as well as a sample of their dog food and the dirt in our backyard. I got my results and there was no “customer submitted samples” section of my results. Sent them an email asking what happened and was told they are not set up for sample submissions and our deepest apologies. I had chosen them specifically to test the dirt and food. We know for a fact our dog has a really bad sensitivity to all chicken, chicken meal, chicken bone, chicken fat - anything chicken he throws up. But according to their results the only thing he is highly sensitive to is chicken meal and mildly sensitive to chicken bone but should be okay with everything else - he’s not. That’s alone is why I don’t trust these results… * **** ******* *** **** **.
