I purchased the P-180 Personal Bioflex Wave Laser machine, ***** ** * ********* ***** ******* ****** ** ****************** ****** ***** **** ************* ***** ** ******* ******* *** ****** **** *** ************ for $4384.40 CAD in November 2023. 6 months later, May 2024, the machine stopped working, I reached out to Bioflex and Christopher N******* ******** ********** responded with a solution by replacing it. At this point I had a 2 year warranty on the machine and the replacement was covered. 7 months later, December 2024, the machine stops working again for the second time. I reach out to them after the holidays in January 2025 with a request for a refund and return of the machine because I believe this machine is defective/faulty and has some kind of design obsolescence. Every 6-7 months it stops working. As soon as my warranty runs out I will be paying additional money to have it fixed, meanwhile I cannot be using it while constantly breaking and waiting for them to repair. Only in February, Cassidy L* ****** ****** **** ************ reached out with an apology and a solution to extend my warranty to 6 years instead of 2. This was not acceptable to me, instead I offered an alternative, $1000 for ******** **** to keep and $3384.40 partial refund to me. My logic: 6 years of warranty means the machine's annual value or rent (which they offer) is $730.73. Since they offer rent on the machine, I expect they should treat it in this manner. Cassidy escalated the case but I had not heard back so March 2025 I reached out to her with no response. I called her cell which was provided in her e-mail and she said she is no longer employed there. So I had to reach out to Christopher N******* again to which he responded that the CEO, Kipton L***, will call me immediately that day. It has now been 2 days since that promise *** * ** ***** ** ******* *** ******* ******* ** *** ** ******* ** **** ************** ** ******* **** ************** *** * **** ** *** *** ***********
