      phone number ************ keeps calling my job saying i paid for a vacation. i did not pay for a vacation. i told them they were calling my job, i am not interested and to take my phone number off their list. they proceeded to call me an additional 4 times. when i asked to speak with their manager they hung up on me and then called me back from a different number...************ today, 8/3/23 at 12:00 pm, is the most recent time they called.

      I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced due to the unsolicited phone calls. We understand how disruptive and frustrating such calls can be, as we also receive them from time to time.

      The phone numbers in question, ************ and ************, are indeed associated with our company. However, they are no longer in use by us. It appears that when we changed our contact numbers, we inadvertently failed to update this information on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other online platforms. Typically, unused numbers are recycled back into the system, and it seems these numbers may have been picked up by spam companies.

      For your information, our company deals with vital statistic documents in Canada. We generally do not initiate calls to clients unless there is missing information on their applications. Moreover, most of our clients operate in the document or legal space.

      We will promptly update our contact information on the BBB and other online listings to prevent any further confusion or inconvenience. We deeply regret any distress this situation may have caused you and appreciate your understanding as we rectify this oversight.
