    We paid the agreed cost of $1740.00 cash ($40/light for 6 interior lights, $50/light for 30 exterior lights - prices included everything, ex. installation, labour) to Zay Electric to install potlights on the exterior and interior of our home. Installation occurred on 10/4/2023. 4 days later on 10/8/2023, one of the lights on the exterior went out and would not turn back on. As myself and the lead contractor, ****, had been using ******** to communicate, I sent an image and explained the issue. He mentioned it would get taken care of "tomorrow". Everyday since, **** will say someone is coming "tomorrow" or "later today" but no one ever shows up and he never messages or calls to explain why or why not. He refuses to answer any phone calls, both on ******** and from my phone itself. Prior to installation, he would reply very fast and would call me and answer my calls - after the issue the only way to get a hold of him is through ******** messages, and even then he can take days or more to reply, if he replies at all. We were told in-person and in ******** messages, as well as their ads, that there's a 5-year warranty on the lights and labour. **** ** ******* ** **** ** ********* *** ** ***** ***** ****** *** ****** **** *** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** ** *** ** *** ******** *********** ** ********* ** **** *** ** **** **** **** ** ******** ** ****** *** **** * *** ** *** * this should be a very quick resolution since ** ***** ***** *** the work would only take 5-minutes. When this issue first occurred, we figured its only been 4-days so we were certain the issue would be resolved in a timely matter - however it was not. *** ***** ** **** ***** **** **** **** ****** ** *** ********* *** ** *** ******* ** ****** *** ******* ** * ****** ********* **** ******* ******** **** ** *** ********** ****** ********* *** *** ******** ** ****** *** ******** ******* ********* All I want is for the one light to be resolved properly and ASAP
