    The owner/manager refuses to deal with any customer complaints.
    I had a Pedicure which was poorly done by one of her employees - **** **** *** ***** *******.
    I had to go back 3 times for her to fix the issue and it was still done poorly.
    I also had a Shellac manicure done and the next day it peeled off, I was totally shocked, obviously she skipped a step and won't admitted.
    The manager will not accept responsibilities and basically told me to go to another salon.

    Regarding the regular polish pedicure and shellac manicure, we would like to clarify that all steps were taken and our aftercare guidelines, available on our website, recommend that clients wait until their nails are fully dry before leaving the salon and to be especially careful in the first 24 hours after application. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated during your visit.
    After our phone conversation, we were under the impression that our apology was accepted and a full refund had been provided to you on June 6, 2025. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring our clients have a positive experience.
    We also take your privacy concerns seriously. Please be assured that we adhere to strict privacy policies. Footage is stored securely, accessible only by authorized personnel, and retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes.
    Video surveillance is conducted for the following legitimate and limited purposes:
