    It is a ***** site, but they don't pay anything worth our time *** ***** ******* ****. When they first opened I used to rake in an average of $750/yr worth of points to trade in for ******* Giftcards - I later changed that to ****** eCards. Each year the amount of surveys and points I get go down, way down to the point I barely make it over $100/yr if I am lucky.
    They've changed their format and upgraded both their site and payment handler. Payment is now handled by a 3rd party reward program (******** ****). The plus side is we have more options as payment/eCard selections to chose from. The downside is they seem to be staffed by ********* *** people with zero to low reading skills.
    I recently traded in points I acrued since the pandemic lockdown and was going to cash in for 5x $100 in ****** eCards. But instead of sending me what I requested they sent me a single $5 card instead. * *** ******* so contacted AC and in a few days I got a reply back claiming they recognized ******** **** made an error and they rectified it within 48hrs. They sent me 5 separate emails, each with a $100 ****** eCard code attached. At the bottom of each email was a link to login to my ****** account to auto add the eCard balance to my ****** eCard balance.
    As for the overall experience. They do have blunders and even some poor scripting ability *** **** *** ****** And though they don't pay as much as they used to, at least they still pay. ****** ******** *** ****** ******* ****** *** *** ***** ******* ******* * *** ****** ***** **** ****** ********* **** **** ** ** *** ******** ******** ***. their new site allows us to see our exact points and a direct link in our account page to redeem the points. No more waiting for our monthly emailed link to redeem/review points.

    * **** **** ** **** ********* ***** **** ******** I've been with them for several years and I always noticed that I was short of points. It was *** points, then *** ***** points, the latest was ************ points. I basically started to write down every survey and the number of points promised, and I discovered that I missed a lot of points. When I contacted Asking Canadians, they did nothing. They kept referring me to ************. Only when ************ requested investigation, they investigated, and I received an email form their IT team admitting that there was a problem with their system, and they credited me with missing points worth of $40+ in gas. I can only imagine how many other customers didn't claim it and lost them unknowingly. All the partners refused to work with Asking Canadians, ************ was the latest. Now they have only ********. I'm sure ******** will drop them soon. The other problem is you can't track your own points on Asking Canadians website. You can only see survey numbers which tells you nothing. You don't know what the surveys were about and how many points were awarded for this survey. And they will never give you a printout or screenshot because they know there is a problem with that. Now they switched me to Asking Canadians points, because there are no other partners anymore. And when I completed one survey for which they promised 1,500 points as stated in their letter, they credited only 800 points. They keep refusing to credit the missing 700 points and they are not providing me with a printout of transactions. There is no other way to track your points. I don't recommend you join Asking Canadians. I'm surprised that this company still exists. There are other survey companies where the points are credited right away and you can track your own transactions, like RewardingYourOpinions.ca and others. *** *** **** ****** *****

    * ** ******* **** *** asking Canadians surveys! I had 123.54 in ******* Points…two days later I went to redeem my points and was shocked to see it went down to 73.54! I sent a message to get them to check this out and waited for a reply. Two weeks went by without a reply. I then went in to check to see if they had added the missing points to see it is now 25.99! I have again sent them a reply and have not heard since. I have lost a total of 97.55 dollars in a matter of 2 weeks! **** ** *********** ********* I will not be doing any more surveys until this is rectified! Very unhappy here!n

    I agreed to participate in a study where I downloaded an app and allowed it to run on my phone with the promise that no personal information would be collected or shared. I was promised an incentive of $15/month. I have had the app on my phone for 3 months. I have not received any payment, and my emails have been repeatedly ignored. *** ****** ******* **** ******* ** ******* * *****

    If I could I would have given them no stars
    I did over 10000 points and cashed in for a $100.00 Walmart card and have not got any response from them.

    In the past I received points for surveys completed. The past two years I am not receiving points, I am getting cut off three quarters of the way through a survey- when they have all the information they want and am deemed ineligible for many surveys. I no longer trust this site.

    Nice to receive ******** points but lately the surveys are becoming too long and too complicated. In addition I am receiving two copies of every survey request so it has become spam. I think they have pushed this too far.
