    Another company with lots of promises and Zero deliverables. I made a payment on July 11, 2025, for $349.50. I was hoping this would be my first payment of many... Well they did not deliver at all. No Communication, staff not prepared nor educated at all.
    My first meeting after being signed up: the girl did not know my name before the call, during the call, nor after.
    After 3 weeks plus of getting basically a nothing burger these guys I asked them what was going on... crickets
    then finally responding with excuses. SUPER UNORGANIZED
    I gave them $350 they gave me Zero... then no refund.

    I received a cold call from OneLocal for marketing. What they said they can provide sounded ideal and I signed up for a 1 year contract. Once signed up, and paid, my account manager said certain requests I was told I could have could not be met. I gave them all of my information needed to start providing services and did not receive anything for two months, and still today, nothing. I was handed off to a new account manager who did not correspond with me for over a week until I had emailed and called customer service to terminate my contract. The manager of this company called me and said it was my responsibility to let them know when I want to proceed, even though payment is not enough of an indication. They admitted to lack of customer service and assured a website is in progress, however none of my other needs have been met and I will not be continuing with them as 2 months of no marketing or content and lack of communication has left a bad taste in my mouth.
