    While they completed the work okay, they did not provide an invoice/receipt, photos or warranties as promised, despite repeated messages. They dumped concrete in my garden and a pair of gardening gloves went missing. They promised to rectify these issues but never followed through. The whole time they were very high-pressure for me to make payments up front and pay for additional work that was "necessary". And I now have just realized that the chimney work they did has resulted in a blocked chimney. I messaged them about it but have heard nothing back. ** *** ***** ***** Should have trusted my gut but I really just wanted the job done as I have serious health issues. It was a Northern team led by a guy called Sean. **** ******

    Friendly smooth talking sales men, Sean(William?) and Jay giving us a deal on shingles rejected by a customer so wanted to sell to us for good price. After agreeing to deal the next day they found serious flaws under our old shingles and want to totally remove and replace rafters and wooden roofing before reshingling. They showed us 2 pieces of old gray rafter like pieces of wood. When we said we couldn’t possible pay the amount requested they let us whittle it down and agree to give an itemized invoice and 2 year warranty. We have not received either although I have repeatedly texted and finally called about.

    Smooth talkin ***** men Jay and Willie O. left my underdeck unfinished and leaking in the rain Caulking very sloppy and splattered on brick walls and composite decking. 4 weeks now and they won't come back to repair and honor warranty. They don't answer cell phones nor reply to texts **** *** * ***** ******* **** ** ***** ******* *** **** *** ********* ******* ** *** **** ******** *** *** *** so where are they really. *** *** ****** **** **** *** **** *********  They have our money so I guess their gone with the wind. Authorities will pursue fraud charges if not resolved next week Have their photos and plate number
