      I got a coupon from a friend who does Factor meals. The coupon stated that the first box was free (minus shipping) and for new customers only. As a new customer, I went to the website to input the code so that I could try Factor before fully committing. The code was "invalid". I contacted their customer service. I got connected with a customer service rep and he ended the chat before resolving the issue. I waited another hour for a second rep. She told me that the code I provided was invalid and she could only give me $120 in credits later on...after I pay for the first box. This totally defeats the purpose - I wanted to try Factor BEFORE committing to paying for it. She refused to validate the coupon and said I would have to pay for the first box before I could redeem the $120 in credits for subsequent boxes. This whole process took 1.5 hours. Waste of my time, awful customer service, and also false advertising.

      Two weeks in a row I did not receive a box but was charged for them until I complained. The first time, they informed me after missing the delivery window that they were not sending one. The second time they pretended it was delivered until I contacted them then they acknowledged that it was not. Both Times, they eventually offered a refund though I have yet to receive them. Completely unreliable. Could not recommend this ****.

      Unreliable! You totally can't rely on them to deliver your meals. They cancel at the last minute.

      ****** *********** *** *********** *********** I recieved a promotional offer in the mail for new customers that advertised a discount code for 6 free meals and free shipping on your first order, and second identical discount for a friend. When I went on the website to make my order since I am a new customer and was excited to try it out for the first time, it went on to tell me the discount code was not for 6 free meals as clearly advertised, but a small discount of 25% off my first order, and even smaller percentages off future orders. Really disappointing and a waste of my time.

      Well the charged me over $80 and never delivered the food. When I called they said it left at the gate. I live in condo with a lobby there is no gate I said I asked for it to be left in the lobby and it's not there she reiterated that it was left at the non existent gate. I'm going to contact my credit card and try and get my money back. * ****** ********* ******** **** *******

      Factor advertises plant-based meals. But before you can see the meal options, you have to make an account, provide your credit card information, and provide your home address. Turns out the "plant-based meals" is an exaggeration, they only have one option. **** * ***** am I supposed to eat the same meal every day? I didn't place an order. I deactivated my account, and then contacted them (twice) to delete my account. Today, a week after I called, a box full of chicken, beef, and pork-based meals arrived at my home, and my credit card was charged. Also, my account still exists. It is *completely unacceptable* that they sent me meals, full of meat, without my consent, when they advertise plant-based options. Completely unacceptable that they automatically charge and ship you meals as soon as you make an account, and that they force you to make an account before you can view your options. It's also unacceptable that there is no way to delete your account from their website. They are clearly desperate for your information, and don't want to let it go. They've offered me a refund, which they should. I'll wait to see if it shows up on my credit card. Based on my experience thus far, I'm doubtful. *** ** ** ******* ***** ****** ** * ******** **** **** ** ****** ******* *****  This entire experience has been infuriating, and I hope other consumers take notice. I'll be leaving this review on other forums as well.
