      This business charges a hefty restocking fee for products returned to the store.
      The product (mask) was not opened and was purchased less than 24 hours prior.
      On a $295 cpap mask, the fee was $44 to return the mask.
      I feel this fee is high, *** **** and frankly not customer friendly.
      The customer service was **** *** uncaring.
      I will not be visiting this clinic for any products, No concessions for customer loyalty.

      At the beginning of March I have taken my broken CPAP machine ******** ** to this location and they have apparently shipped it for repair. In TWO months I have not heard one word from this company about the status of my repair, no estimate on timing or the cost! Not a word by phone or email.
      I understand that they are not in control of the repair shop they deal with, but to leave me for two months without a word??
      I am now ready after 5 years to purchase a CPAP replacement machine and will make sure this is the company I avoid.

      I appreciate your comments and can understand your frustration. Yes we are at the mercy of manufacturers for repairs and replacements and they have been extremely difficult to deal with as their is a complete shortage of equipment in our industry. However, this does not excuse the fact we did not keep you informed that we continued to get no response from the manufacturer. This will be addressed and we will be implementing better controls to ensure proper and regular communication to our valued clients.

      Not getting my refund after constant emails and phone calls to FPM Solutions.
      I'm receiving no satisfaction from this company,

      We resolved this issue with the client and he continues to use his device. There was no issue of a refund as he kept the product and continues to use this medical device.
      Not sure what else to say about this.
