    Spent $175 CAD.
    Never recieved a tracking number. Product was never shipped. The business's website is down. No customer service number available. Sent email inquiring about my package. Can't reach any representatives from Northern Scrubs.

    I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on March 20, 2023. My credit card was charged 192.27. I have not received the shoes. I have emailed/********/************ numerous times and I have not received a response. There is no phone number on the website to contact them directly.

    I made a purchase of 8 scrub tops from the seller based on product on their website on Feb 11. The order was accepted and payment made. 2 weeks later, a rep emailed me indicating they could not fulfill their order because the product was not available and offered alternatives. Via the email chain, I confirmed that the alternatives were available in the colours and sizes I wanted, requested 2 more of the item to be added in Gray, and the rep agreed to proceed with this order, for the 8 scrub tops in the available alternative option, and including 2 in gray for no additional cost. There was no further contact from the representative or the company since, with any shipping or tracking information. I have made two requests via the email chain since, on March 14, and March 23, with no response to the email chain, and no updates. I also made request via their "contact me" option on their site, with no response either. There was no contact number to call directly provided.

    I have not been offered a refund, and paid almost $400 with no product received.

    Ordered a pair of ****** boots online from this company. Paid 200+ dollars. After two weeks of not hearing from this company, emailed the provided online email 4 times with no response. Messaged then on ******** as they advertise the products also on ********. Contacted the ***** *** ******* department of my bank, who provided a number. Called the number and the voicemail has no indication of company name. Left two messages, and have also called numerous times. No response from this company.
