    ** ******** to wait 2 days every time you try to contact Merix through email, and due to their uncooperative company policies, also ** ******** to encounter very unhelpful staff who will seeming do everything in their power to not provide you with the information that you may require. For over 10 days now, I've been trying to get legal documents from my account to pass on to my bank, but we're still no closer to getting this information in my hands than we were back on Day 1 when it was first asked for.
