      Clearly RMG does not value their clients or attention to detail.
      They use this system called "myrmg" for documents but due to them entering my number wrong I could not set up my account. My verification code went to some random number, So sensitive information of mine may be compromised, for one thing.
      When I called to mediate the situation, the girl i spoke to set up my account properly and then transfered me to a coworker who tried to convince me that it was set up properly all along?
      They also fined me 470$ because due to their incompetence they did not receive documents on myrmg, a platform I wasn't able to access.

      First off, the link is buried on their website and you cannot access the details of what is covered unless you email them, and in 24hours they will send you a copy. This is very non-transparent.
      Secondly, they do not cover much of anything. They only cover when they send out thier own person to assess, fix and evaluate the issues. This is a huge delay and nuisance if you live in a rural area far from their chosen contractors.
      The money they offer towards the repairs is minimal. $2500 for repairs and $200 for wall damage due to repairs. Not enough to come near the cost of real repairs. I had an agent on the phone who explained the reasons by reciting the clauses in the service plan. However, when sold this plan, there was no explaining the limitations. Basically nothing is covered unless it's brand new should break and they assess it. Well, that's what warrantees are for.
      The customer rep on the phone, not her fault, but had no clue what actually is covered when I asked.

      I have been with RMG for 7 years now. I have had no issues with them at all. Everything for me has gone smoothly.

      ***** ******** ******* *** ****** ******** In 2022 we sold out rental home. We had our mortgage since 2010 with RMG (previously called ****** ***** *******). With the sale of the house we are needing to provide documentation and information for our taxes. We are unable to access any information on the mortgage from 2010-2013. They are charging us $75 per year from 2010 to 2013 to get the information on the interest paid on the mortgage and property for those years. The only payment they will accept is a mailed cheque.
      It took 4 calls over 30 mins each with 3 disconnected calls from there side to be told the above information.

      I was placed with them through my broker. Well now a payment didn't go through because of an NSF because they were supposed to take the money on November 11/22 but I guess because of the holiday that payment was taken later. That's fine, I'll own up to it. What I didn't like was the way the CSR was handling the situation. We called to just have the payment go through again not answer your Dad like questions on how we plan to make sure this doesn't happen again. It's the first time in 14 years of paying a mortgage. Well buddy now you've sparked something inside of me. To pay my mortgage off sooner so I don't have to deal with people like you so Thank You.

      Worst mortgage company to deal with. We are trying to pay off our mortgage for over three months to get away from this company. We have lost 6 houses we wanted to purchase because Zachary M senior underwriter does not follow through with emails. Passes the buck to some lady named Laura which probably does not exist. Yet to receive any email from her. Lol
      We hired a lawyer to get this mortgage money out of our account so we can move on with our life.
