    In my attempt to book directly with ********, I was diverted to their site, deliberately ******* into believing I was booking directly with the Hotel. Within 24 hours, I realized my mistake and called them to cancel. I wanted to book directly with ********, not a 3rd party vendor. The first rep I spoke to told me they were "THE" reservation desk for this particular hotel, *** ******** ******* ******* Weehawken, NJ. He would not cancel my reservation, claiming they could not reach the hotel. The 2nd rep promised to cancel and fully reimburse me my full $1,578.26. She did not do either, instead, she opened a "ticket" for a supervisor to review and call me. To date, no one from ReservationStays has called me. The 3rd rep finally called the hotel, cancelled the reservation and elevated my claim to a supervisor. I was told they cannot promise me a refund but would elevate my concerns to a supervisor, which they never did. Instead, in email, I received a hotel voucher for HALF of my original price for $789.06. I contacted ***** **** as soon as the charge posted and am disputing the charge. *** ************** ** ***** ********* **** **** **** ******** * *** ** ********** ***** **************** ********** ********** ******** ********** ****** ***** *** ********* ********* *** ********** ******* ***** ***** ***** ****** ****** ******* *** *********** ***** ** * ******** ** ******** ******* *** ****** *** **** ****** ******** *** ******** **** ******** **** *** ******* ******** **** *** ****** ******. Refusing to reimburse or amend the reservation. Offering a worthless voucher.     ** *** ******* ******** **** **** ******** They are from India and pretending that they are the actual hotel. I booked a room at *** ****** **** ****** at Penn Station. At the time of call I was on the actual hotel’s website I thought. This company ************ duplicated the hotels website but put their number on it. I informed the person that I was talking to that the rate I’m looking at is a specific price. She claimed it was not available. I said it’s showing available on the website. She then said it was sold out. She never identified that she was a third party. She also **** and said that when I check in at the front desk that I would be charged an additional $80. Upon arrival I asked the hotel and they said that is not true. I showed the front desk the screenshot of the webpage and she said that’s a third party that has duplicated their website but put their number on it. *** **** ******** ** ** *** ***** **** **** ******** I called the company back from the same number on the hotel’s website and was told to call back because they have to review the call. They stated if the call was misleading they would refund my money. After calling back on the day that they told me, I was informed that because I already stayed they could not refund any money. The hotel gave me a printout of the actual cost of the room which was $105 less that what these ppl charged me. The company is telling me to call back in 48 hours again so that they can review the tape. Be aware. Make sure that you are actually talking to the hotel ******* ***** ****** *** **** ***** ******** ** ** *** *** The guy ******* ** *** told me that they are from India. ** *** *** ************ ********* ** *** **** **** ***** **** ******

    I prepaid two nights at a ******, then when I called the hotel directly, they had no rooms and could not check us in. Reservationstays, a month later, is refusing to refund my money. Their latest offer is to charge a $30 "adjustment fee" to "work on getting my refund."

    This company ******** ******* ** makes them think they are booking with the hotel, charges crazy fees and has a ridiculous cancellation policy. They will not give me my money back even though I cancelled in plenty of time before a reasonable cancellation policy. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The hotel can't cancel the reservation and reservation stays won't cancel it either. * **** ***** **** ******* ****** ******* ********

    Stuck at the airport with a cancelled flight and booked with the reservationstays.com from my cell phone and did a typo for the dates. Spent 3 hours on the phone to correct the typo and they wanted nothing to do with it.
    Online support, telephone support - freaking nothing.
    Their site states all kinds of flexibility - but as we all know actions are louder than words and their words are ****. * **** ******** ** ******* **** ** ***** ****** * ***.
    By the way, be careful when booking with what you think is the actual hotel on a web search - it is often these second / third rate companies *** **** ****** **** *** ******* ***** **** *** ** ***********
