    Completely shocked that this Broker deducts $10.00 from a Rate when paying the Carrier. The Rate Confirmation Sheet stated a rate of $3300.00 CAD but cheque issued payment in the amount of $2,990.00. Reason Crisp Cargo provided was bank fees. This information is not listed on their load confirmation sheet. To take funds away from a hard working carrier because you want to make more money that you already have is outrageous. * **** ** ***** ******* there was no agreement made between Carrier and Broker which states this information. I can provide Load Confirmation Sheet to confirm this.

    I would like proof of such agreement we made. WE have no such agreement on file. We would never agree for a Broker to take funds from a rate to pad their own pockets. I am pursuing this complaint. I have many other Carriers who are agreeance that this is a scam to take funds from Carriers who are completing a service for them in return for full payment, NOT partial payment because the Broker Crisp Cargo wants to take even more funds.
