  This company is the most amazing organization I've had the pleasure of working with. We have used their services twice now and the second time was even better than the first. I reached out to Sheila to ask if we could use their services for a second move and she immediately provided me with a list of what we have moved initially to ask for any changes. Sheila is the most organized woman I have met in all my administrative dealings. Beyond her organization, Sheila (and everyone at this company) is very tactful, kind, and gracious. I had requests such as not putting out certain items that would sadden my widowed father, these were taken care of immediately. Everyone that dealt with my Dad was warm hearted and upbeat and he enjoyed chatting with everyone involved. The people at this company are priceless.

  I hired Sheila and the team to help my stepfather move to British Columbia from Ontario after mum passed away. With several thousand kilometers between us and my household having kids and two full time jobs, I was overwhelmed with the thought of having to go back and forth across the country to help sort, downsize and pack. We found this company though an internet search and invited them to come meet my stepdad, who instantly felt comfortable and safe with the team. Over the course of several months, the team became like family - they helped sort through decades of belongings and treasurers, helped throw away things that needed to be tossed, helped donate anything still in good condition, and helped sell things that were sell-able. They packed the rest of the belongings, made sure everything made it on the truck, arranged everything in Ontario, and kept us posted every step of the way. We literally couldn't have done this without them. You can tell that these folks care - they were kind, they were thoughtful, they went above and beyond, even helping pack mum's ashes in a case for carry on on the plane. They've even checked in since, keeping in touch and making sure things were fine on the BC end. We are so grateful *** ******* ****** ********* *****  Worth every single penny paid.

  Finding this company was a blessing. My husband and I were faced with the task of clearing out the family home occupied since 1955 and selling the house before winter set in. The task was daunting as we are both seniors and live 100 km from the older part of Toronto where the house is situated. Margot and Brian provided a clear estimate for the task and carried out the work in a smooth manner right on schedule. They left some of the furniture in the home for staging and also so we could stay there when needed before the house sold. A few days before the sale closed, the crew returned to remove the last of the contents. Alison, the project manager, was amazing. We kept in close phone and email contact through the whole process to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. As an added bonus, Brian provided contact with an excellent real estate broker who we used after doing our due diligence. The house sold in about 4 days at a price we estimated to be fair for the market conditions. This company truly provided "one stop shopping" and relieved us of a heavy burden.
