    I pre-ordered a signed vinyl from the umusic canada store on Feb 13th 2025 with a shipping date of March 21st, 2025. It’s been over a week and it has not shipped and they are not responding to a single email. I’ve had inquiries about past orders and they never respond. I am not sure if my order will even ship at this point.

    Two issues:
    1) Ordered a vinyl on October 18, 2024 and my **** was charged. Vinyl was to ship on January 17,2025. It has not been shipped or received. I followed up with UMusic at the only option they provide **** ***** ** ******************** on February 4, 2025, February 21, 2025 and March 3, 2025. I have not received a response, other than automated emails, including automated emails on how my experience with customer service has been. I would like the vinyl shipped or a refund.
    2) Ordered two vinyl's on February 23, 2025. Received two vinyl's but one was incorrect. I emailed the same emailed noted above of March 3, 2025 with no response. I will like the correct vinyl or a refund. Will return the incorrect vinyl at UMusic expense.

    I placed an order 9 months ago with them. They continued to delay my order shipping and now will no longer respond to emails. They have my money but will not ship my order. I have reached out at least 5 times.

    I’m unsure if this is the correct address/information for the Canadian ****** ***** Store so if any input can be given about that I would appreciate that! I reached out to the UMG Canada ****** ***** store 3 weeks ago (12/15/23) about an issue with an order and have not gotten a response besides an auto reply saying my request was received. I received a defective product. Their FAQ page says “We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 60 days from the date you received the order,” so it is unfair to not respond to customers when we are only given a limited amount of time to get a refund/exchange. I’m hoping to get some sort of response from the store with options to resolve my issue.

    I placed an order on November 23rd 2023, with an expected shipping date of November 25th.
    The date continues to be pushed back by an automated system, I have emailed them twice in the past month for an update on my order with no response.
    It is now December 29th 2023.
    I spent a good amount of money and not even hearing back about my order is a bit much.

    Purchased a “pre-order” vinyl record on November 2nd with shipping indicated for November 17 th. Shipping date has been altered 7 times. No phone number is listed on the website. Sent various emails via a form to customer service over the last two months, none were answered except for automated reply. Searches online reveal this company has a long history of not shipping out product for 6 months and more, therefore the excuse of the holidays is not valid as is the lack of response to inquiries. I would like delivery of the product and some type of communication.
