      3rd time BNI has majorly screwed up a delivery: 1. Package was "delivered" to a different province.... well done. 2. Package dropped a courier's depot, then tracking number doesn't work and package "lost" (******** ****** ***). 3. Same deal as #2. I tried to contact them and got a chat bot and when the chat bot realized that they couldn't resolve the issue it told me to PAY for a live representative to help me! When will ****** realize this shipper is tragically broken and drop them from their eligible delivery services?

      I purchased a digital subscription and I am not getting full value for my subscription. I have been banned twice from contributing to comment sections without a reason despite not using profanity or attacking other posters. I have enjoyed hundreds of positive likes from other posters in response to my postings. To me it's a violation of my individual rights under the Charter of Rights to be censored without explanation.

      If it would be possible i would give them 0 stars. I wish ****** would stop using BNI deliveries and start using a company that is dependable. Every time they deliver my ****** package I always have issues. And from what I hear it's a common issue with BNI. I don't understand how ****** stillbl use there service as they are one of the worst couriers out there.

      I have had my business ad in postmedia papers for 11 years in the last 3 months they have quadrupled my payments. They have no explanation ** **** *** ** ** ******* *** ***********

      STOP Flyers notice to Post Media. I have emailed Post Media for 4 weeks to stop delivering flyers.
      Customer Service is ONLY open on Friday. On Friday, all agents are busy and the call gets dropped. No reply to any emails to stop service.

      Honestly never really had a problem with them before ** ***** * ****** ****** ** *******. But they recently, in the past few weeks, hired someone new who apparently has no idea how to read signs or deliver to an apartment building. Giant signs EVERYWHERE in the front entrance that CLEARLY state to call the building manager at the provided number for any deliveries to or within the building.
      But, instead of reading any of the signs or following the very clear directions, this *** guy "Glen" decided it was better to refuse to deliver the package and mark it as "undeliverable". Which, apparently, locks the package down for a week. Meaning they won't reattempt delivery or return it to the sender (******) so I can either have my order or get a refund.
      **** ****** **** **** **** *** ******** ** *** ********* *** **** **** *** ******** ** ****** ** I'll be ordering everything elsewhere now to ensure I never have to deal with this ***** ** ************ **** *** delivery company again.

      Hired Post media to make a website for my business as well as on network advertising.
      They made the website and had no issues with their work. The issues came a year after the work was completed.
      They continued to charge me monthly for advertising even though my contract was up in April. They continued to charge me until August of 2023, even after repeated emails to cancel any and all services they were providing, which they never did even though they received emails from them. After not getting any response and continuously getting charged, I opened cases with my Bank *** ********** ********
      Post media decided to attempt to send me to collections without following proper procedure (Such as a certified letter which was never received)

      I received a delivery notification email from this business yet I did not receive my package. One quick look at the "confirmation of delivery" photo they sent confirmed that they didn't deliver to my house. The civic number on the house in the photo is clearly not my number. Thanks to their carelessness, my package is missing. No phone number to be found to contact this joke if a company, simply an email address that generates an auto email telling you someone will respond in 12-24 hours. Still no response. Such poor customer service...basically non-existent.
