    This is the by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. I was supposed to get a box in October, which I was billed for, and never received. Here it is in December and I've tried multiple times to make contact, to no avail.

    Submitted 2 orders and paid. They took my money but never sent the items and are ignoring my many many emails and tickets. Idk what's going on. When I first subscribed I got someone to respond rather quickly but now it's radio silence.     Horrible customer service. In fact, there's no way to get to a person. They'll have you start a customer support ticket claiming you'll be connected to e representative in less than two minutes. After days turned into weeks with no response, it seems they've been happy to charge my account and send nothing. After three email attempts, they'll block you. Too bad I didn't read reviews before I subscribed because this is a reoccurring issue. **** ******** ***** *** * *********
