    about ubisoft- so it all started when a hacker took my ubisoft id and then he changed the email address to his email as a result even if i go for eset password i dont get anything i contacted support 10-15 times and its like an automated messages i kept explaing them i have proof of that i am the owner and the hacker changed the email infoin ubisoft so i cant access it i asked them if they want other verification method but they replied they dont have enough info as result they cant verify me but kept asking them WHAT VERIFICATION OR INFO DO YOU NEED? they kept saying i didnt provide anything and i told uploaded the ownership file which i found in ym cache file idk whats in it but if that helped to verify them, then i uploaded the ss from ym emaIL WHEN THE HACKER CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND I GOT A MESSAGE IN MY EMAIL i told them what games i had and the creation email is the same one from which i am mailing them from but they kept ignoring me and giivng me automated texts when an hacker compromised my info *** ***** **** ***** ********

    My email address was fraudulently hacked which resulted in several of my accounts associated with my email being breached and subsequently changed, my Ubisoft Account was no exception, my email was changed on the account, my password was changed, and so was my username. I have receipts of purchases made using said account, wherein all purchases should show my home address listed on the complain as the billing address which should provide proof that the account is in fact mine. I am merely seeking access to my account back, if that's not feasible then I would like some form of credit to my new account in the form of store credit or a refund for purchased items if they will not give me access to my account again.

    On Dec 26, 2023, I purchased a computer game from ubisoft. purchased $59.79 ubisoft money. bought game tried to play but game was unuseable returned game.     I am disputed with a company called UbIsoft. Their head office is located at **** **** ***** ******* * **** and phone number *** *** ****, The office I found out with customer service is the Toronto locations *** ******* *** ****, Toronto, ON *** *** ** *** *** **** They promise you to use $100 of your money and they will return your money back by promoting their product. It's not a job but you get back some commission. It's started of find. However soon they soon ask you for more and more money before you can get to your money back. This was to buy the games however you don't receive the games. I got to stage where they was asking for more and more money to get what money you put in. I am dealing with someone called **** her phone number *** *** ****. Thru ********. I am at the stage where I purchase the games with my money they they updated my account on their system. However when I want to get the money I put into this company, they told me I took too long to do this and I have to pay them 50% penalty interest on my money. That would be $****USD they keeping coming up asking for More money. They are asking for more and more to get your money out. So far It almost $******USD. I was able to find another person same as my situation. She also Filed a complain, her is $****** usd. *** ******* ***** ****** ******* ***** ******* ** ****   All I need is to get my money back that I put I.     Ubisoft is a gaming platform. Initially I have completed my first mission and when I try to withdraw it, it asked me to do it another mission then I will get paid when I try to withdraw my money it ask me that I have a late fee pay so I paid that late fee about 50% offered and then second time try to withdraw my money they ask me that it looks ********** so you need to pay a certain amount then you can with through your money when I trace a third time they said your score is not enough so you need to complete your score or either pay the fee, so I paid the fee now this is my fourth attempt and they’re saying that it’s close to 50,000 so we need to make sure that the amount gets paid so now I paid extra 39 $87 US to make 50,000 and I’ve been keep fighting for more than a month and a half but I have still not got my money back neither I haven’t heard anything from them every day talking to Customer Service not helping me therefore I need to file this complaint against UBI soft
