    I placed an order with this business on December 31, 2024. I waiting 3 weeks with no update on tracking or confirmation of order or shipment. I then reached out to the company via the email provided on their website asking for an update. I received a response letting me know the item would be shipped the next Monday ( 2 days). Another week went by and I reached out again to ask the status with no response. Another week went by where I emailed the business and also reached out via their social media where we had communicated in the past and still no response. I would like to know how to get my item or a refund.

    Bought an item for $369.00 from their website on December 31, 2024. Reached out after 3 weeks as I had not received a confirmation email or update on my order at all Was told it would be sent out the following Monday. The item was never sent out and it has now been a month. I have emailed twice asking for an update since the latest message with no response. I also reached out multiple times via their social media. (Instagram) Where I have previously communicated with them prior to my purchase. The reached out to tell me my item had been shipped that day and sent me a shipping label with tracking. The label was created 3 days prior to this message being sent and the tracking never updated past "Label Created" The number they have listed on their website does not work or connect you to anyone.
