    We needed to create an extra room in the basement of our home, as we were taking in a foreign exchange student for two semesters, and the team at DIYVersify, helped us find a great solution with their mounted L walls. Our exchange student got a room that is as private as it can get, without having to build an actual new room, and the installation and ordering was a breeze thanks to the help of the team and their helpful customer service.

    *I chose to add this review here because the company does not allow all its reviews to be posted. **** *** ******** ** ********** *** *** ******* **** ***** *** ** ******** ********* *** **** *** **** * ** **** ****** * ** ******* ** ****** **** ******* the company is not transparent about the quality of their product *** ** ********** to the consumer. *** * **** ******* ****** ******* ******* ** ******* ******** ***** * ***** ****** **** *** ****** **** ******** *** ******* I ordered my custom sized partitions with pocket doors less than a year ago. They arrived with a damaged wall. We positioned this out of sight so as not to deal with the shipping and delays. . One door wouldn't operate. I had to send multiple photos and wait for a new one. They are not smooth white. they scuff easily. If you want to cover these walls you will need to purchase wallpaper or something to cover it. Currently, the panel is pulling away from itself in one section with a giant bubble that will not lay flat, the doors do not close tightly along the entire length of the magnet (despite multiple adjustments), the handles pop off nearly weekly, and the attachments along the top that keep the panels together need to be fixed on a regular basis. This wall system is just okay but for a medium/high use office like mine I expected a lot more (especially when this system cost over $6K). * ***** ****** **** ****** *** **** * **** *** ****** ******* ** ***** ****** ***** ** this product has shown itself not to be durable with regular use. (And yes, they are used gently, appropriately, and were correctly installed. )

    I was alerted to this reply on 4/8/24. I emailed the company, with photos, as directed the next morning. After a quick response here I am shocked to see that I have received no reply from this company again. When we went back and forth for the custom wall order, I had responses within hours. *** ******* ********** ************ ******** not responding to emails from customers with product under warranty, and only responding when I post on a site like this *** ***** *********** ***** *** *** ****** ** **** ** ******* **** ***********
