    I ordered a **** ****** Jersey from JERSEY HOUSE INC on Jan 3/23, order # *****. On Jan 22, I was provided with a tracking # *** ***** ** *** ******** ****** but no carrier. When i reached out to JERSEY HOUSE INC. on Jan 22 to ask who the carrier was so I could track it, they said it was backlogged and had not yet shipped but would ship within "a week or so." On Feb 22, i reached out again asking for an update as I still had not yet received my package and could not find a carrier where my tracking # would work with.. I would assume this was a bogus tracking #. On Feb 23, they still had not replied to my email so I messaged their ******** page with my order # and was told that the jersey was back logged and would arrive TO ME within 2 weeks. On Feb 25, they replied to my email stating the same that i would receive the jersey within 2 weeks. On March 9, I sent another email and ******** message to their page as i STILL had not yet received my package. At this point it was 10 weeks since I had placed my order. On March 5 i discovered that my credit card i used to pay for this order with the jersey house was compromised and was being used in toronto, ON.. the supposed location of Jersey House. While I have no proof that it is in fact the people behind this supposed business, it is unnerving that during the time that they are jerking me around, not replying and not sending me an order my card was now compromised and being used in their location. I immediately called my bank to cancel my card. At this point I just want my money back as it is CLEAR they have NO intention of sending me my package. I am not comfortable asking for a refund and giving them my new credit card # so i have also disputed the charge with my bank.

    the item was out of stock due to high demand as the email stated, we informed the customer of this.

     

    We do not have access to your credit card info, so we did not fraud you in any way...

     

    This is the second order from this customer, she received her first one and she will receive this one as well....

     

    shipping times were as stated on the website of 4-6 weeks PLUS PROCESSING TIME**

    This business must have their complaints mixed up as this is my FIRST and only order with this company.  I received the order in the mail today after 11 weeks of waiting.

    Please accept this is a formal withdraw of my complaint.
