Date: 03/19/2024 Complaint: refund request for the charge for an extra month upon cancelling montly parking pass I previously had a monthly parking pass with Target Parking. When I cancelled it on 03/19/2024, Target parking automcatically charged for an extra monthly parking fee for CAD 253.95 without notice. However, my previou payment for the montly parking is valid until 03/31/2024. The customer service person told me that it is in the contract when registering for the montly parking, but I never knew that *** ** ** ******* *********** I thereby ask for a refund of the extra charge.

I paid for my parking spot on the **** ****** app from 22/10/2023 to 29/10/2023 and 29/10/2023 to 5/11/2023 for a parking spot for *** ****** *** which also includes *** * *** *** ****. I got a ticket twice now for “no ticket displayed” on my vehicle when I wouldn’t even need one since I paid online. One ticket is for 25//10/2023 and the other is for 01/11/2023. The patrollers initials are “****” for both tickets. The number for both tickets are ****** & ******. I called to resolve the issue through their number and the first time I called the lady said she would handle it and recommended I got my license plate number in the apartment buildings system. I called a second time after I got the second ticket and the lady on the phone said she’d transfer me to a different department of their business however it went straight to voicemail. I tried to call multiple different departments of theirs and each one went to voicemail. * ******* **** **** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** ** I haven’t gotten any follow up emails from them either. * ********* ** **** ***** ** ***** ** * ** * ******** ******* ***** ****** ** ** *** **** ***** *** *** * ** ******** *** ***** *** *****

I was overcharged for parking at the end of May. I contacted the contact mail provided for Target Park online. I then sent another email June 1st asking for an answer. Now over a month I have yet to hear from anyone. I want my refund for the overcharge and an apology for taking so long to get back to me
