    14Sep24: Logged into my Uplift account and requested a payout statement. Amount:$6,104.63 Payable to:"UpLift, Inc." **** *** ******* ******** *** *** ******* ** *** ***. On 16Sep24:Obtained and sent draft by ****** **** next day delivery. ****** ****, confirms mail delivered.
    25Sep24: UpLift email:  After reviewing the account we do show the check has been delivered, can take 7 to 14 business days to process. Payment will be posted to your account as the date received in the office. 29Oct24: UpLift email: Immediately requesting a stop payment request be sent to the check issuer and a new check issued to our current address. Our Toronto office is closed and we will backdate the check. 30Oct24:  Email to UpLift:  Explained a bank draft not a cheque was sent, can't simply cancel a bank draft.  31Oct24:  UpLift email: We received your email inquiring if we had received your payment draft on 17Sep24, in which our agent provided an inaccurate template response based on your screenshot providing the tracking delivery confirmation. 31Oct24:  UpLift email: Uplift has join **** *** by ******. Toronto office has permanently closed, we weren't offered the ability to have mail forwarded to our new address. Unfortunately, there's no workaround available. You will not be receiving any payment draft returned from **** *** by ******e. 
    04Nov24:  Attended UpLift Toronto office address seeking original mail (draft) I sent to pay off my loan which was delivered by ****** **** as UpLift stated their office is closed and the original mail has not been returned to me.  Spoke to the owner of the suite who rents out this co-working office, confirmed UpLift is responsible for picking up their mail, there is no mail or UpLift staff there at this time and he is aware UpLift will be changing names.  
    I want my draft applied to my account and loan account closed as well as a refund for the monthly payment for Sep24.
