    Paid extra cost to ensure delivery and refund up to 365 days. They failed to deliver on time took over one month to receive. Sizing incorrect did not fit as per their sizing for terrier up to 11 lbs and did not receive bonus leash as described. When contacted Paul at customer service he wanted me to provide photos of the dog wearing coat and measurements. Very unsatisfactory customer service and no refund offered or exchange due to their sizing chart. ****** **** ******* *** ******** **** ****** ** ****** **** ******* ****** ** ****  Would NOT recommend!!!

    I've been trying to contact them and return an item (harness puffer) ever since I received it. The price Canada pooch sold it for is more than twice the price the same item was available at another vendor. I was sent an email asking to upload images. I uploaded crystal clear images twice - they only allow for two images but I would be happy to upload as many as they want. Each time, I get a reply saying "the images are broken" and to reupload. I even sent an email to the customer support email and attached more pictures but no response. The item has not been used or tried on, but they seem to be intent on making the process very difficult. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hope they at least respong to this message.

    I've tried on 2 separate occasions to buy the suspender style boots and both times my purchase is confirmed and then subsequently I am notified the purchase has been cancelled due to fraud. I've contacted the company and they advise there is nothing they can do because the company ******* they use detected the Cc used to be fraudulent. I've advised it's my cc and 1 of the 3 purchases went thru. Also why not contact the customer to verify. This has been going on since December. I need 2 sets for my 2 dogs. I now have a set that they won't return and can't get them to accept my order for another set. Horrible customer service

    ** *** **** *** **** ***** **** ** * **** ******** While I bought items in person the online sales, I bought over $500 worth of items (only few items) and I never received my order. It's been almost a year since my claim. They were responsive at first but they have completely started ignoring me which is beyond my belief. They told me to wait three months to refile but the number on their website does not even operate and no one responds to emails. I've lost a huge chunk of my money and I would never recommend this company to anyone else.
    I feel no one who works here actually care as long as they get money. They take zero responsibility and you can't even reach them anyway.

    Don't even do refunds and the policy is not stated on their website. My package never arrived and when I emailed to ask about it they told me to wait 5 more days and still nothing arrived so when I emailed again they never responded. **** *** ******** ******** ***** *** ******* ** ******** ** ******** * ***** *** ***** ***** **** **** ****** **** * *** *********** They need help in customer service, and a lot more....
