      I called Delta Plumbers to unclog my toilet. After the first plumber came and $850.00 for a removal of the toilet and a snake. Which didn’t work so they phoned for a machine that was suppose to clean the pipes but also cost $2,300.00 to use so I had to pay a deposit before they would come which I had to on all the work so I paid a total of $1,800. When they came we’re in a mobile home which I mentioned to them and because of this our amp service would not run the machine so they snaked the toilet 2 times. So my toilet was snaked a total of four times and it still was clogged. No machine was used and I believe a ridiculous amount of money was charged for what was done. Plus they did not return. I will ever refer them to anyone ** * ******* * *** ****** ****

      ***** **** ***** ******* ****** Charged me $395 for an $8 valve. * **** ***** * ****** *** if well could have done it myself in 15 min. Took him 10 min *** **** ********* ** * **** *** ****

      For their Kitchener location: We had some smells coming from our toilet so we gave Delta a call. They took a look and found that we needed a new shutoff valve as ours was stuck and a new wax seal. The plumbers asked for an initial payment then mentioned they would go to **** ****. (Then caught themselves and said "our supplier"). To get their supplies needed. They then came back and put in the new parts. Unfortunately the toilet kept stinking! We pulled it off and found that they never cleaned (or asked us to clean before they put it back on) the underside of the toilet. Also, the wax seal wasn't actually touching the toilet due to being too short. We fixed it ourselves. I then called back for a partial refund and was told "that I should have called back with the warranty" (which I was never told about and double checked our receipts that the warranty was never mentioned). Because we didn't ***** them and fixed it ourselves we were out of luck. For a very expensive cost (over $620) for some supplies from **** ***** that took them less than an hour to do, it was very disappointing service overall. ** *** **** ***** ** ** ******** ** **** ******* ***** Lesson learned as a new home owner.

      Ive looked for a plumbing service for my leaking toilet , Delta Plumbers were the company I've got referred by and they did an amazing job
