      We tried Touch Bistro and had continuous problems with the speed of the system, to the point where FoH were in tears. We tried working with them for 2 months but received little or no support. We were FORCED to make a change in order to properly serve customers. They now want damages for early termination of a contract, despite their ongoing non-service. I have written several times. No response. ******** ********

I trusted them to process my credit card sales and after they locked me in they completely forgot about me, I did not receive the swiper until weeks after I sign up or any call for set up. I am trying to cancel my product but I cannot. I keep calling. They keep opening case numbers and noone will contact me back. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
