    **** gift card purchased. Funds taken from my ****** account. After three times on with the not very helpful help desk. The recipient got a photograph of the front of a gift card with no way to redeem. ** *** ****** Buy the physical card and mail it.

    I purchased a $500 gift card, and when i tried to use it, i was saying "invalid" .
    When i called customer service, they gave me the run around and blamed it on the covenant store i purchased it from, and wanted to to dela with the, But the convince store told me to call Pay Paypower.
    And i was basically I'm out $500 and i had the card and receipt in hand.
    Nothing i could do about it. ******** ***** **** **** **. The customer service didn't care of even contact the merchant, they told me that was for me to do.

    We just purchased a 500$ gift card through ******, this isn't the first time and never had issues before. 500$ for **** ***** and the car number and pin are too long and invalid. Contacted ****** and they sent us to Blackhawk where they literally laughed while on the phone and gave me the number for what they said was they help desk and it was for ******! Worst Customer service I have experienced! **** *** ******** ****** *** ******** ***** ***

    I purchased ten $100 gift cards from **** ***** for Christmas gifts and only one did not work. It appears it was tampered with in the store. The Blackhawk Network *** ******* *** frequently asked for information I already sent them. I frequently felt like they never read what I sent them as I always felt they never understood the case and kept requesting stuff they already had. They seem very disorganized. **** ****** **** **** ** ****** **** ***** ***** ** *** **** ************* ****** *****  They say they may take 10 business days to respond to messages and they do take weeks to reply.     You really get the run around with no real results. I was owed a small amount of $95.00.
    I am over 60 years of age. I'm told I need to do things in this document format and then they can't open my information because I used a shared internet. Then this, then that.     Back in July 2022, I got a $500 **** gift card called "The Perfect Gift" from a ******* store, and that card had been activated as usual at the cashier. I didn't open the package until few days ago when I decided to use it, but to my surprise I wasn't able to register the card on their website in order to use it for online purchases, as requested on the sticker! When I called the number listed on the back of the card, and after giving them the card's information, I was told that this card was compromised and accordingly it had been blocked and canceled. They asked me about two transactions that had been processed on that card back in August 2022 and whether I knew anything about them, and I told them that I have just opened the packaging and that this card had never been used before! The CSR told me that he's going to open a case to address and dispute this issue, and he had asked me for my personal information and address in order to send me a new card by mail once the investigation is completed and the case is closed, and he requested few pictures of the card in question. To my surprise, I received from them today and email stating that they cannot resolve this matter and that they cannot dispute the fraudulent purchases as they had happened more than 60 days ago, and that I should have contacted them back then when it happened to get refunded!! I called again and I repeated to the CSR that the card was still in its sealed packaging till now, and that there was no way for me to know that it had been compromised, he answered me by saying "sorry, but nothing can be done". I told him that it's not my problem that they had been hacked and their cards' details stolen, and that I need my card to be replaced immediately, or else I'm going to report them to the authorities, but the CSR answered "you can do that, I can't help you". Who's responsible here? They are the issuers of these gift cards, and they should be responsible for the security of their database, not us!!!

    Ordered 2 different plastic cards online and when attempted to activate, (multiple times both of them), an error message indicated wrong info entered. The info entered was correct based on the instructions provided. Chatted to online helpdesk (person?) who was unable to resolve the issue after an HOUR! They said woud email me back within 2 days with an update and it's been over 4 days now with no response. What a waste of time trying to activate cards; it would have been faster to drive to a store to buy one in person. * ** *** ********* ****** ** ******** **** ***** ****** **** **** ******** **** ** * **** *** ** **** ***** ****** ******.
