    Our family put down a $3500 non refundable deposit in March 2022 to the Boulevard Club to join their club. We were very specific that we were also on another club's waiting list. We asked very specifically about the expected entry timeline before we put down the deposit. We received email correspondence back that we would be accepted Jan/Feb 2023 (about 1 year). We paid deposit March 2022, then one week later were informed that the wait list time had miraculously increased to Winter 2023 (or almost one year). We were later informed a few months later that the wait list would be further delayed to end of 2024. We asked for our deposit back as we felt that the club had been misleading in their waitlist timelines. We made it clear that was an important factor to our joining ** ** **** ***** **** *** ****** ** **** **** ** *** ***********  In addition to being misled by timelines, the admissions team also started copying a random stranger with no association to the club onto the correspondence. They also continually copied my husband's email incorrectly. When I questioned it, they said I had completed a form incorrectly? When I checked, the application form was correct.
    * ******* *** ********* **** **** ** **** ****** ************ ** ************* ****** ** ** *** **** **** ** *** **** *********  I have asked them several times for a refund, or some sort of compromise. I have received no response but a firm no- the deposit was nonrefundable even though they agree that they were incorrect in their waitlist timelines.
