    Very bad management when it comes to taking liability for ongoing issues. My personal experience has been with Momir Petkovic in management at the SCALA residences. They unfairly ticketed our guest after we left a voice message with all the necessary information. They claimed that it was our responsibility to go downstairs and ensure that the information was put into the system correctly not theirs. The claim of them being a luxury condo company sure felt defied and false given their lack of ensuring comfort for the residents and how difficult it has been for them to admit to their negligence. *** *** **** ** **** ** *** ***** ** **** ***** ** **** ** *** ********* ****** ** **** **** *** ********* *** ** *** ***** ***** ********* ** *** ***** The district manager ( Lynn Bowers ) does not reply to my emails and nor was it communicated that my escalation was even acknowledged by her.
    Overall this has really caused me and my guest a headache which is really not what I expected when we moved into a tridel condo…
