    On October 24, 2024, I subscribed to The Dance Current magazine and ordered a few back issues of the magazine. I paid $37.65 for the 3 back issues and $104.74 for a 3 year subscription - for a total of $142.39.

    Soon after my order, ****** **** went on strike, so I assumed there would be some delays. Once the strike was over and I still hadn't received anything in the mail, I sent an email on January 29 to ask when I should expect to receive the back issues and the first issue of my subscription. I was told they would figure it out and get back to me. I followed up again Feb 13, again was told they were waiting for answers from the editorial staff and would let me know soon. I followed up again on March 19, still no sign of anything in the mail. I was told they were having a hard time getting answers and would put in a refund request for me. That was on March 20. I followed up again on April 23 and have heard no response. I would like my money back as I have not received anything in the mail and it doesn't look like any magazines will be sent to me. Thank you for anything you can do to help.
