    she thanked me for giving her a deal and then praised me for the professionalism 

    now without a single msg to me she posts on bbb

    you bought a $300 authentic preloved ***** clutch girl , not a $1000 brand new item.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    -these people are extremely unprofessional and speak to their customers with complete disrespect.

    -they bring in ***** ******* bags from Japan *** **** **** *** * *** ****.

    -they claim “If you have any concerns regarding the origin or authenticity of any product posted by us please contact us directly and we would be happy to confirm its origin.” HOWEVER, when I asked them to authenticate they told me to go elsewhere and spend more money. If they authenticate their bags using ******* then the bags should come with a certificate of authentication, which their bags do not.

    -this business also claims “We do not accept returns as our products are exactly as described and never misrepresented.” HOWEVER, the bag I purchased from them was not exactly described AT ALL. They should have made it very clear that the bag came with a ********** smell, *** ****** **** **** ******** **** *** *** *** **** ****** ****** ** *** Which makes it completely unusable unless it gets detailed and cleaned…
