    I am not happy with the heat pump system and would like it taken out.
    We were fine with our old system until you convinced us by showing us this new heat pump would reduce our utility billing but instead our hydro bill has tripled. And still no rebate from the government has been received, also you were suppose to take over the lease agreement for our current existing hot water tank but didn’t do. This new heat pump equipment has done nothing you made us think it would do. Hence we don’t want it any more

    Been trying to reach the company for 23 days so far with no responses to email or phone. Once product is installed, they don't answer. I have 8 outstanding concerns/ questions.
    1) Payment is supposed to be $125.00 not $154.73 as indicated on the letter
    2) Interest rate is supposed to be 0% not 10.99%
    3) Term is supposed to be 120 months (10 Years) not 36 or 240 months as per the letter
    4) Was not advised about an Administration fee of $49.00 which has already been charged by ***** 5) $15000.00 has not been deposited to my account yet. Has NRG Canada received this money for the cost of the equipment?
    6) When will the auditor come for the 2nd & final visit?
    7) When will the $2000.00 rebate be submitted and then paid to me?
    8) Please also send me the contract which I never received.

    All these questions have been ignored.
