    ******* Everything was fine until day before check in. Per confirmation self check in option is available if you meet pre-checkin requirements. These were met; however, contact person stated that we still had to meet in person and stated self check in not an option - stated website was wrong. Then proceeded to give us a different location to meet at.
    On day of checkin, the meeting location changed twice. When we arrived, she said she would have to charge us for an additional person. When I showed the booking agreement with the confirmed party size, she stated that we were wrong. I showed her the booking request and the confirmation email that her company sent us, but she still insisted that we were wrong.
    She then took us up to a condo where she said that we were staying. I again showed the booking agreement with a different address and pointed out that the current condo couldn't accommodate our party size. She became agitated and said that she would call her boss and security. We agreed, and I asked for her boss's contact info so that I could talk to him personally. She kept insisting that she would call security and left us in the unit.
    We stayed in the unit waiting for her and security to show up to resolve situation. Couple of minutes later she sent me a text stating that we were checked in and to "leave a tip and key" upon checkout.
    After multiple attempts to have her return or give us the owner's number, she said "You have checked in the apartment and are not leaving, no refund." When we replied that we did not check in and that she didn't leave a key, she responded "No departure no refund." "You stay unit no go"
    We filed a report with the condo security. She never came back to deal with our situation, even though we called out to her from the security desk as she passed us while guiding other clients into the building.
