    March 28 2024 Paid $3098.01 Company was in chagre of taking my car and gave it to another company during this time i was given a phone number and email over the coruse of the month no one returned my calls or emails eventually the company who was holding my car for them said they could reach out and get me the amount i got the amount it ended up being a 1200 charge from Teranet on top of what i owed and i havent spoken to them. I was then told i could contest the amount to get it reduced was given another phone number.     No response regarding issues that need settling. Avoiding resolution for consumer. Over 10 messages left and still no call back.

    My overdue loan with ********** was referred to Teranet to be resolved about a month ago. They do not answer their phone or call back when a message is left. ********** will do nothing while it is with Teranet. The longer this goes on, the more I will owe to get it out of arrears. I am not sure what kind of a solution can be made but I do not want to lose my truck because someone won't return calls.

    My bank advised me to call Teranet to recover my car. Bank says to agree to Teranet’s terms to bring to good-standing and insurance requirements and they’ll release my car. I’ve been calling daily for over a week and haven’t had a return call though their VM system says that calls are returned within 24 hours. We are wondering if it’s their way to incur more fees or daily impound fees.

    I was approached by an asset repossession company on April 6th, 2023, who was sent by Teranet. I explained to them that there must be a mistake, and they advised me to reach out to Teranet to resolve the issue and remove the warrant for repossession. I have attempted to call Teranet daily since April 6, 2023. It is now April 17th, 2023, and I have not received an email, phonc call or voice message. I have left countless voice messages, urging them to return my call to resolve the issue. Their recorded voicemail message states the call will be returned within 24 business hours. This has not been the case. I have taken time off of work to ensure that I am available to receive the call back, to no avail. Please have the company reach out to me to resolve the issue as soon as possible, as this is draining both mentally, and financially at this point. Thank you, kindly. *******
